WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Online payment options are debit/credit card and PayNow/PayLah
Retail payment options are PayNow/PayLah and cash. Debit/credit cards are NOT currently accepted.
I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. CAN I WEAR YOUR JEWELLERY ?
All our jewellery is nickle and lead free, therefore it is hypoallergenic (causes little to no reactions)
However, in the event that your skin reacts, please discontinue wearing the jewellery and apply aloe vera gel to soothe the area.
WILL THE JEWELLERY TURN BLACK ? WILL MY SKIN TURN GREEN ?
NO. All our jewellery is made from high grade stainless steel and 925 sterling silver. Both of these metals do not rust, hence the jewellery does not turn black and your skin WILL NOT turn green.
Natural oxidation will still take place, causing items to turn slightly dull overtime. Polishing cloths are provided on every order, so if you keep wiping down down your items once in a while, the shine of the jewellery will retain.
All orders take 2-3 working days to process. Once orders are processed, delivery time for
Local orders (Singapore) : 1 - 2 working days
International orders : 14 - 21 working days
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Exchanges and Refunds are only accepted if
1) Product is wrong
2) Product is defective
Exchanges and Refunds are not entertained if
1) Customer's negligence in buying the wrong item
2) Customer provides the wrong mailing address during checkout
3) Customer simply does not like the product
4) Customer does not want to wait very long for the item delivery
* NO refund/exchange is entertained 10 days after the purchase of a product
